Marketing Associate
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing content and communications
- Support email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Assist with social media and branding activities
- Prepare Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and marketing materials to support the Business Development team
- Attend weekly team meetings and prepare a weekly video presentation summarizing tasks worked on, progress made, and key accomplishments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience required (internships count)
- Familiarity with Canva, Lemlist, or other email marketing tools is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
