Rails Developer
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST + 2 flexible hours, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We're hiring a Rails Developer to help build high-quality, scalable web applications. You’ll work with modern tools like React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Zustand, collaborating closely with product and design teams. Strong knowledge of hooks, state management, testing, and performance optimization is essential.

Qualifications:
3+ years of full-stack web development experience
Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails
Solid experience with React and Next.js
Deep understanding of CSS and responsive design principles
Proficiency with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
Bachelor's degree required
Nice to have:
Practical experience with shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap
Background in building and scaling SaaS applications
Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, and Next.js
Build and support backend services and APIs with Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-centric features
Implement state management, handle side effects, and optimize website performance
Write and maintain automated tests (frontend and backend) to ensure code quality and stability
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary ranging from $1500-$2000 depending on experience and qualification
