Staff Accountant
Location: On-Site, Fort Worth, TX

Job Summary
The Staff Accountant will focus on general ledger activity, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. This role partners with leadership to ensure accurate financial data and support business decision-making. This position does not handle accounts payable or accounts receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile bank statements, balance sheet, and P&L accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Assist with audits and financial reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, Quickbooks experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
