HR Administrator (Kathmandu, Nepal)
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (Nepal-Based)
We are currently seeking a qualified HR Administrator to manage and optimize HR systems, automate workflows, and support the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Build and manage automated hiring workflows in JazzHR
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in GoCo
Ensure completion and compliance of US I-9 forms and other required onboarding documentation
Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and HR documentation
Support US-based payroll, benefits, and compliance processes
Track deadlines, employee records, and HR documentation for accuracy and compliance
Identify process gaps and propose improvements for HR operations
Assist with HR compliance related to US labor law, PTO policies, and leave management
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in any HR field
Experience using JazzHR, GoCo, or other HRIS/ATS systems
Knowledge of US HR compliance, including I-9 and onboarding/offboarding requirements
Experience automating HR workflows and building SOPs
Strong digital and tech skills; comfortable working remotely with a US-based team
Excellent English speaking and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
$500–$700 per month, depending on experience
Fully remote position
Work hours: 7 am to 2 pm CST with 2 hour of flexibility
